Krav Maga was developed by the Israeli Military and is designed to be simple, easy to learn, and most of all, practical. It’s meant to be taught to the masses regardless of your size, level, or ability. Krav Maga is now known worldwide as the most impactful self-defense system for everyday people. This program is great for teens and adults; no experience is necessary.

All participants must attend the MANDATORY Introduction to Karate class on September 27 @ 9 am – 10 am
