Learn to Play Hockey |

|
The Learn-to-Play Hockey program gives children ages 4-14 the opportunity to learn the basics of skating and hockey from USA Hockey trained instructors in a fun, relaxed and organized environment. No experience is required. Players meet twice per week for 50 minutes each (Wednesday & Saturday). Sessions are 8 weeks in duration and are offered four times per year.
The weekly lesson plans follow the USA Hockey American Development Model with emphasis on skating, puck control, passing and receiving, shooting and small games. Each player receives a jersey and socks. Full equipment is required (rental programs available).
Program cost is $150 per 8-week session. Please note the above fees do NOT include the $35 USA Hockey membership fee, which must be paid prior to joining the program.
Completion of two 8-week sessions is required for participation in Tam-O-Shanter House Hockey leagues.

Private Hockey Instruction |
|
|
|
|
This is ice set aside by the rink for our instructors to give private lessons. Your player would be responsible to pay the instructor fee, along with the $8 ice time fee. This $8 fee is paid when your skater signs in for his/her lesson! Instructor fees are set by and paid directly to your instructor.
